• Research and Scholarly Activity: We are dedicated to keep increasing our scholarly active academic staff. The minimum requirement to teach at Wittenborg is a Master’s degree. However, we preferably engage faculty members with a doctoral degree who are research-active. We support our faculty in undertaking research, publishing in academic journals, and integrating research-led education into their teaching. All teaching staff are encouraged to engage in research that underpins Wittenborg’s mission.
• Balanced Qualifications: We maintain a balance in the qualifications of our faculty to reflect the applied sciences nature of our institution while enabling us to achieve higher educational standards in line with our mission. We value a combination of academic background, intellectual contributions, and professional experience when engaging teaching staff.
