Our business school is growing and continuously developing. Therefore, we are continuously looking to connect with and engage new faculty members who can strengthen and support our core team, either on full-time or part-time basis.

Our focus is on hiring scholarly academics, fulfilling at least one of the following criteria:

  • PhD student in the last dissertation phase, with or without peer-reviewed publications
  • PhD completed within the past 5 years, with or without peer-reviewed publications
  • PhD/DBA holder (degree completed more than 5 years ago) with at least 2 peer-reviewed publications in qualified business and management journals in the past 5 years
    • Qualified journals are listed in the Scopus index

We aim to involve as many of our teaching staff as possible in the continuous development of our programmes, teaching methodologies, and other aspects of daily life at Wittenborg.

Summer School Teaching Staff - Erasmus+ Staff Mobility

Are you a passionate trainer/lecturer who actively engages students in your class? Are you excited to gain more teaching experience abroad by teaching high school and university students in summer courses? Are you interested in combining teaching activities during the summer with exploring the Netherlands?

We are looking for enthusiastic lecturers in the areas of Intercultural Communications, (Personal) Branding, Marketing and Leadership to teach in our Summer School programme as part of Eramus+ Staff Mobility.

Part-time Lecturer - Healthcare & Nursing

Are you a competent and experienced lecturer who actively engages students in your class? Are you a scholarly academic with peer-reviewed, Scopus-indexed journal publications? Are you excited to teach undergraduates and postgraduates from all over the world?

Part-time Lecturer - Digital Technologies & Data Sciences

Full-Time Lecturer - for Recent PhD Graduates

This position is suitable for Dutch or international, recent PhD graduates who are looking for a family-like business school with internationalisation and diversity at its core to start their academic development. 


Face-to-face, classroom teaching is at the core of this role. We expect the candidate to be available at the Amsterdam location 5 days per week, and become a core team member, mutually responsible for the running of and ensuring smooth operation of the location.


We are looking for someone with experience in fields such as Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and/or Data Science.
