At Wittenborg, registration is the final step before officially joining our international learning community. The process is designed to be clear and supportive, ensuring that every student begins their studies with confidence.
Once you have received your unconditional acceptance letter, you are eligible to complete your registration. This letter confirms that you meet all academic and admission requirements for your chosen programme.
To become a registered student, the following steps must be completed:
- Tuition Fee Payment
You must pay the tuition invoice according to the payment instructions provided by the Registrar Department. Visit Wittenborg Tuition & Fees for more information. - Signed Study Agreement
You are required to sign and submit the official Study Agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of your registration. Registration is continuous until deregistration or termination of the study contract with Wittenborg. - Visa Requirements (Non-EU Students)
If you are a non-EU student, you must complete all visa-related procedures prior to travelling to the Netherlands. Our Registrar Team will guide you through the visa application process and provide the necessary documentation and support. Visit Residence Permit for Study (TEV) for more information.
Once the first two steps are completed, your registration is confirmed. You will then be automatically invited to join the Introduction Week by the Front Desk, which takes place one week before your programme begins. This invitation is typically sent one week prior to the Introduction Week and includes all necessary details.
During Introduction Week, you will receive guidance on how to access your student account, academic timetable, and other essential systems and resources. It is an important part of your onboarding experience and helps you settle into life at Wittenborg.
