Meet Qais Saudi

Originally from Jordan, Qais Saudi has nearly eight years of experience as an operations specialist and business manager in retail, hospitality and technology companies. 

Qais is currently studying for a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Information Management at Wittenborg, aiming to expand his professional knowledge by gaining an academic background in management and leadership. 

Fluent in Arabic and English, and with a working knowledge of Dutch, he is looking for opportunities in the field of Information Technology (IT). 

At Wittenborg, Qais has developed various IT-related competencies. He also highlights that the school's diverse and multicultural environment has greatly broadened his world view. 

Among other soft skills, Qais is a critical thinker and a fast learner, being highly adaptable to change. When faced with a challenge, he breaks it down into stages and tasks, creating a plan to address it. Additionally, he keeps up to date with the industry by taking courses and certifications, as well as online seminars. “My previous experiences have made me very capable in any role or task I am given, and I am able to think critically and iterate to streamline processes,” he underlines.
