Lucy Omwoha, MSc, is the examinations manager and a senior lecturer at Wittenborg, combining teaching expertise with key administrative responsibilities. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Business Management, a master’s in International Event Management, and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Brighton.
As a lecturer, Omwoha contributes to student development across multiple disciplines. In her role as Head of Process Tutors, she mentors bachelor's students, supporting their academic progress. She also oversees the examination process, ensuring the integrity and quality of assessments. As Project Week Coordinator, she organises real-world academic projects, fostering collaboration and meeting learning objectives.
Her research explores the impact of tacit knowledge in the culturally diverse hospitality industry, addressing gaps in the literature on global migration’s influence on human capital. She examines how diversity and co-creation drive innovation, aiming to develop a framework that leverages migrant expertise to enhance service and product innovation in hospitality.
