Komkommertijd - the Silly Season of Cucumbers about to end, we must be close to the start of a new Academic Year!

As the summer recess draws to a close, and the start of a new academic year looms, the so-called cucumber period ends. WUAS Press (WUP)  will start to publish articles and news on Wittenborg Online, and the website, for students staff and stakeholders again this week!

The summer has been quiet in Apeldoorn, with less traffic, less bustle and activity all around. The Aventus building has closed early every day, and only the Wittenborg admissions team has been busy .. very busy!  - New student applications have been streaming in all summer and the University is set to kick off its introduction to Block 1 next week. However, the admissions team is still busy accepting applications for the October and December starts, and even for the February start in 2014 already!

Next week it all kicks off with the intro-week for students starting in Block 1, current students returning and of course all you teachers, new and old!
