Green4ADU project kick-off meeting

This is the kick-off meeting (KOM) of the Green4ADU project, where we will officially launch our collaboration with partners from various European countries — CEIPES (Italy), OECON GROUP (Greece), BB&R (Spain), and INCH (Germany) — in order to make this initiative a success. The meeting will set the stage for the project’s implementation by fostering alignment, defining key objectives, and outlining responsibilities among all participating organisations.

One of the highlights of this KOM will be the presentation of a draft Dissemination and Exploitation (D&E) Plan. This document serves as a foundational tool, detailing the tasks, strategies, and guidelines necessary for effectively promoting the project. The plan addresses both the horizontal dimension (internal collaboration among partners) and the vertical dimension (external communication and engagement with broader audiences). Through collaborative discussions, we aim to address potential challenges, exchange ideas, and identify best practices.
