Meet Bahareh Monazah
With a strong technical background, Bahareh Monazah earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science in Iran, where she also completed an internship in technical support.
To broaden her horizons, Bahareh moved to the Netherlands and is now studying for a Master of Business Management (MBM) degree in Applied Artificial Intelligence at Wittenborg. “I chose this programme to combine my computer science skills with business expertise and drive digital transformation in the modern marketplace. Wittenborg’s practical, project-based learning and international environment, along with the Netherlands’ strong education system and vibrant tech-driven economy, make it the perfect fit for my goals,” she highlights.
At Wittenborg, Bahareh has honed her business acumen, analytical abilities and project management skills, along with her competencies in communication and multicultural collaboration. She also stays up-to-date with the industry by using resources such as blogs, publications, websites, LinkedIn, online course platforms and events related to business intelligence and data analysis.
With the goal to learn more and gain experience, Bahareh is seeking an internship. “I aim to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation and continuous improvement, contributing to the development of strategies and solutions. I am looking to pursue a career where I can utilise my skills in data-driven decision-making, analytics and strategic insights to help organisations optimise their operations and achieve their goals,” she says.
Bahareh describes herself as someone who brings a passion for data analysis and business intelligence, combined with a love for teamwork and continuous learning. Her professional competencies include problem-solving skills, customer service, technical knowledge, time management, flexibility and quick learning.
“My friends would describe me as enthusiastic, curious and supportive. They’d say I’m always eager to dive into new projects and learn about the latest trends. They’d also highlight my positive energy, kindness and caring personality, and the way I genuinely enjoy working with others to achieve shared goals,” she underlines.
