Meet Akash Ahlawat

Akash Ahlawat, a student from India, is currently pursuing an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Cybersecurity. With a background in computer science and experience as a software developer at Infosys, he is expanding his expertise in cybersecurity to address the growing threats in the digital world.

Before joining Wittenborg, Akash earned a bachelor of science in Computer Science from Chandigarh University in India. His decision to specialise in cybersecurity was driven by the increasing risks of cyberattacks and the need for strong security measures.

During his studies, Akash developed skills in communication, team handling and software development using Angular and .NET. His experience at Infosys helped him understand market dynamics, teamwork and decision-making. He is adaptable and able to take on new responsibilities quickly, always ensuring tasks are completed on time.

Looking ahead, Akash aims to become a cybersecurity team manager, where he can combine his technical expertise with leadership skills. He stays updated on industry trends through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and Google.
