Mahesan Suntharesan, MSc, HR Administrator, has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Economics and Management and master's degree Master of Business Management in Human Resource Management. He is a Customer Service Specialist and completed his Associate Degree at a business college in Sri Lanka affiliated with US universities. He is originally from Sri Lanka, having arrived in the Netherlands in early 2017 for his higher studies.
Mahesan began his career in Sri Lanka, working as Data Entry Operator at HSBC, before moving on to TT Services Lanka PVT LTD where he worked as a Customer Service Executive in the USA Visa Appointment Scheduling Centre, the UAE (Abu Dhabi) Visa Processing Centre, and New Zealand VAC (Visa Application Centre). During his studies in the Netherlands, he became involved at Wittenborg as an intern in the Registry Department, and after his graduation worked for almost 2.5 years as Wittenborg's Immigration Administrator.
As the HR Administrator he plays a role in helping Wittenborg to provide a high level of support and service to its team members throughout the entire course of their employment. That includes helping staff members with all types of questions and requests and making sure the right information is made available, as well as performing various administrative duties with respect to recruitment, selection, onboarding, task allocation, health and safety, visas, etc.
Next to daily operations, Mahesan is providing administrative support to various HR projects to work to continuously improve the employee experience, as well as administration and information resources.
