Guest Lecture by Victor Koritarov: Transactional vs. Transformational Leadership

On Friday, 2 May, at 8:30-11:00, Victor Koritarov, a lecturer at the Tilburg School of Economics and Management, will share insights on Transactional vs. Transformational Leadership. 

Viktor earned his PhD in Organization Studies from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has been a lecturer at the Tilburg School of Economics and Management for the past three years. His research interests include corporate communication, reputation management and psychology. As a course coordinator, Viktor's primary goal is to demonstrate how various topics within the field of management are interconnected, and how adopting a fresh perspective can make them significantly more accessible.
