Vajihealsadat Shojaei, PhD, Lecturer, holds a PhD in International Marketing from Alzahra University, Iran, with an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Tehran University and a bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology. She has dedicated her academic pursuits to understanding a Customer-Brand Engagement Model in Social Networks. 

Her master's thesis explored the effects of formal learning, personality traits and work environment characteristics on informal learning, providing valuable insights into the dynamics of education within professional settings. Shojaei's extensive teaching experience encompasses roles as a guest lecturer and, more recently, as a lecturer at various institutions.
