Meet Adegoke Wuraola

Wittenborg graduate Adegoke Wuraola considers the Netherlands to be a very hospitable country, where she sees plenty of excellent opportunities to further her career and broaden her horizons.  

Originally from Nigeria, Adegoke is fluent in English and Yoruba. She completed a Bachelor of Law in her home country before moving to Europe to study for an MBM (Master of Business Management) degree at Wittenborg, specialising in Hospitality Management. By pursuing her programme, Adegoke was able to develop important competencies including problem-solving and leadership skills, time management and the knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  

Moreover, she had the opportunity to do an internship, which, coupled with her previous work experience in Nigeria, has expanded her practical knowledge of business. In her view, LinkedIn is a great resource for professionals to stay updated on career and work-related themes. 

Adegoke would like to work for a company where she interacts with people on a daily basis, carrying out administrative tasks and ensuring that customers’ needs are met. 

She describes herself as jovial and hard-working. “I am very client-centric and empathetic, and I believe every problem can be solved with the right knowledge and mindset,” Adegoke highlights.
