Background

Christopher Langlotz, MBA, is an expert in change management, IT strategy and business process optimisation. With a strong academic background and practical experience, he has worked in the fashion, retail, consulting and software development industries.

Alongside his role as a part-time lecturer at New European College in Munich, Langlotz is a Managing Consultant at Edler & Stiegler Consulting GmbH and previously served as a CIO/CDO. He also co-founded Kinderspiele Apps GmbH, where he developed his entrepreneurial skills.

At New European College, he teaches Logistics, Business Planning and Entrepreneurship, focusing on practical application and critical thinking in areas such as customer and market analysis, environmental impact assessment and entrepreneurial planning.

With an engineering background, he holds a BSc in Engineering Technology Management, an MSc in Quality and Environmental Management and an Executive MBA in Business & IT. Fluent in German and English with some proficiency in French, he thrives in international settings.

Langlotz has led large-scale IT implementations, advised SMEs on digital transformation and mentored start-ups. Passionate about leveraging technology for innovation and sustainability, he dedicates his spare time to lecturing and mentoring aspiring professionals in navigating today’s evolving business landscape.
