| The launch will be held at our newly opened Amsterdam location situated 5 minutes from the central station in the UP-Building, Piet Heijnkade 55. Author Ben Birdsall will speaking about his book and signing copies on sale at the event. | ||
| During the launch, against the panoramic backdrop of Amsterdam that our venue offers, there will be a chance to do some ‘nosing & tasting’ where you will be able to sample a few excellent Scotch whiskies. Scotch Whisky International will present an in-depth look at investing in whisky, while Wittenborg will explain the link between the publishing of a book on Whisky and education, especially in the context of our programmes in Hospitality, Tourism and Entrepreneurship. | ||
| Wittenborg University sponsors various projects linked to education and at the “Whisky Burn” book launch we will also be introducing the new Kenya-Project: Vijana Reloaded – this interesting development project focusing on entrepreneurship adds to Wittenborg’s already strong commitment to developing education for and in Africa. | ||
